NEAT is a London-based Property Development Company focused on delivering large-scale, residential-led mixed-use developments in partnership with Investment Managers and Institutional Funds. At NEAT, we see our developments as products and are passionate about driving up standards in the buildings and communities we create.

We don’t develop to standards; we challenge, enhance, and ask what is possible, not what is required. This means constant innovation to deliver more functionality, more features, better styling, higher quality, and ultimately more enjoyment and satisfaction for our customers.
